Happy Halloween 2011!

The kids are still too young to understand what Halloween is all about, however, they love to dress up and “go to a party” (note that everything is a party, including grocery shopping)!

They were so excited when they saw their outfits.

Max wanted to be a dog and Artemis loved the butterfly outfit.
Note that while they don’t generally fight over things, we generally have at least two of everything anyways and in the case of costumes, this was no exception.

Our plan was to stop by Uncle Eric’s house at around 5pm and make it back home in time for dinner to hand out treats to the handful of kids that we get.

We loaded the kids in the wagon (for the second year in a row) and headed on our way.

On our way home, one of our neighbours was outside and so on and so on…

An hour and a half later, we’d visited all (seven) of our neighbours and made it home to check out our the kids stash. It’s a good thing that Cheesies are a food group because I can rest easily knowing that the kids got full servings of corn (vegetable) and cheese (dairy) for dinner. Even Aries wanted to check out the loot.
