Last Time I Checked, Wordless Wednesday Did Not Fall on a Tuesday!?

Maximilian and Artemis holding Letters

Correct me if I’m wrong, but today is Tuesday. Not Wednesday.

You wouldn’t know it with all the “Wordless Wednesday” linkies and posts. Not that I have a problem with that…

In case you didn’t notice, the only thing that’s similar about Tuesday and Wednesday is that they both end in “esday”.

That’s kind of like saying “I” and “Me” are similar when they don’t even share one letter!

I mean, Tuesday’s are reserved for playgroup and showers. They go hand in hand. Without playgroup no (need) to shower. Although, today was the exception.

See what happens when you make me think it’s Wednesday. I went and missed my weekly shower (although I did go to playgroup).

We’re already walking a tightrope here at The Zoo (perhaps we should call ourselves The Circus) and the last thing I need is for people going around and changing days on me.

Did I just say that today was Tuesday? Silly me, it’s actually Friday.

How do I know? Well because we’re going to “Finnerty’s Auction” tonight and he always has it on Friday.

Besides, if it was Wednesday then I’d be posting this picture of Artemis bathing with the caption “Bath Time at The Zoo” because it’s Tuesday people.

Artemis Licking Her Toes
“I’ve got a spot of yogurt on my toe” says She.

Got that straight?

Off to Friday Night at Finnerty’s.

I just got an email about linking up to WW and its 10:30am on TUESDAY! lol weird. I post mine Tuesday evening usually because by the time I get up in the morning and get around to posting it would be noon on Wed!

I’ve been known to post on Tuesdays and/or Wednesdays and simply because of my own circumstances. But it doesn’t bother me if people post on Tuesday or Wednesday, especially w/ different time zones. To each their own! lol. Great post 🙂 I love the picture of her licking her toes hahaha…so cute!

I can barely keep my days straight. It could have something to do with it being summer and people forgetting their weekly routines. lol

LOL! Love that picture of your little one and yeah, I’m always getting links to WW’s early, the only thing I like about it, is that it reminds me because I don’t remove the email until I’ve posted a WW, if I’m going to do it, lol. 🙂

LOL now I’m all confused! The ONLY reason I know what day of the week it is in the summer is because of blogging. Normally summer is full of “what day is it again?”

I too don’t like seeing wednesday posts listed under tuesday. I get doing it before bed but it should be scheduled for wednesday and you can either get the link ahead of time to link it up or just link it up in the morning. It’s because everyone is rushing to be the first person to link up. I don’t even know WW.

I keep wondering how one goes about starting to participate in WW. Do you sign up somewhere? Just start? There are email reminders? Insert more questions here?

I never took to biting fingernails, but I was a real toenail biter for a while when I was a kid. I’m not really sure why. But the photo of Artemis really brought me back and made me realize just how wonderful that habit must have been for my parents. Why do I feel so very proud proud of the fact that I likely caused my parents embarrassment as a child?

I keep trying to visualize the scene where you had them hold the ‘TUESDAY’ letters for that awesome photo. How did that go? Fun? Frustrating? (more questions? really?)

Your post is really funny I thought the exact same thing until I realized that I am missing out on a ton of traffic on Tuesday night because by the time Wednesday evening rolls around people are done with WW linkups…strange I know. Thanks for this post I laughed a lot, which I needed!
