All-Natural Cat Litter Getter Keeps Odours Away

Aries The Cat turned 17-years old last month. That’s around 3,789,324 human years. While she hasn’t had issues with not using her litter box, since we moved it, we now notice the smell. When I heard about this product that states it helps keep your house odour-free and litter train cats, I wanted to tell you about it.Litter Getter Logo and Product

Litter Getter “The All Natural Litter Training Solution”.

What is Litter Getter? Litter Getter is an all-natural mixture of herbs and plant extracts designed to bring problem cats back to the litter box and assist in training kittens.

It keeps the house smelling better by neutralizing ammonia-related odor by the inclusion of a yaccu extract. It also clumps with the cat litter making cleanup easier and is not harmful to people or pets.

The product looks and smells exactly as it should… a natural mixture of herbs. A pleasant tinge of sweetness was also present. I started with a fresh and full box of clumping litter and mixed in the recommended 1/4 bottle dose of Litter Getter (1/8 of the bottle for maintenance).

Four days later, and it still didn’t smell bad. Yes, I put my head in her litter box. No, I didn’t clean it for four days.

This fresh smell is exactly what we were going for as her litter box is in a high traffic area (the bathroom). It also appears to have kept down some of the dust that used to be floating around. Seeing as Ed has a lot of allergies, this is a great added benefit.

Just as I was putting her litter box in it’s place, she started to use it so I had to run for my camera. Then I ran out of battery power stopped it to protect her modesty.

As you can see, she didn’t hesitate or have any problems with using her new environment. That’s great considering cats can sometimes be resistant to change.

Based on the recommended dosage, the bottle should last several months. Even longer if I clean it out regularly like I normally do.

If a person harmed a cat (long, long time ago) they would face a severe punishment…. possibly even death!!!! Yeah for the good old days….(well, ok, maybe not death, but they should be punished).

The ancient Egyptians called cats “Mau” and they rarely gave cats actual pet names.

My daughter once did a project about ancient Egypt, so I did remember a lot of these facts. It’s interesting to know how important cats were to ancient Egyptians!

Just like humans, cats were mummified. Since they were considered to be very special, cats a lot of times were sacrificed to the gods and goddesses they represented.

I learned that The story of human-cat relationship dates back to 2000 B.C.E.! I’m a cat sitter by the way and I literally have a hairless Sphinx cat sitting on me as a type this lol.

Hmmm I wonder if this would work for our Coca. If his litter isn’t perfect to his specifications….he poops in my tub. It’s not the worst place he can go, but it’s the one downstairs, so I go to hop in the shower, and find a pile of cat presents. Not so nice.

Thanks for linking up with the comment love again. I appreciate your support. Of course, I would love it if you would link up again.

I learned that cats became very helpful to humans due to their ability to hunt mice and snakes. That’s why Egyptians first domesticated kitties4000 years ago to take care of the grain stores.

I learned that when Egyptians were at war with Persians, the Persian general decided to still as many cats as possible from the ancient Egyptians, and in order for them to get their precious meowing pets back; they had to surrender their land to the Persians.

    Thanks for the chance.

Wow, what an interesting article. Now, I love my cat but when he passes from this world, I am keeping my eyebrows-my husband would look sort of cool with shaved eyebrows, though. :0) Also, the article states that if someone harmed a cat they could face the death penalty–around here there should be hundreds on death row. Litter Getter seems to be a great product. I would love to try it.

I have an 18-year-old cat. She has short black hair with a white underlayer. She reminded me of Egypt and I combined the names Sheba and Bast to make Shebat.

I knew about cat being called Bast in Egypt. I believe they were first tigers or lions, something like that… but it was changed to the ‘small’ cats that were worshipped. Cool product though, would be interesting to see how it works with urine smell.

I learned this Historical fact: when Egyptians were at war with Persians, the Persian general decided to still as many cats as possible from the ancient Egyptians, and in order for them to get their precious meowing pets back; they had to surrender their land to the Persians. That’s how Egyptians lost their land to Persians. No other culture is probably more attached to animals like the ancient Egyptians were attached to cats.

I learned that this product helps attract cats back to litter box – with 2 cats and some issues with accidents outside the box, we need this!

I learned that cats were considered sacred by the ancient Egyptians. I like that the ammonia smell is neutralized by the product, one of my personal objections to our having a cat in the house.

Set an example for your cat. Find a properly sized litter pan. Your cat should be able to easily get in and out of the pan. Show your cat where the litter pan is and give them time to sniff it out. Try using your fingers to move the litter around to show your cat what to do.
