I like to collect coupons. So much so that I often just collect them for the sake of collecting. Kind of like sewing machines, old wash basins, craft supplies, stationery, the list goes on.
Lately, I’ve been busy getting the property ready for winter, packing for our four month trip to Mexico and just last week I was in Toronto for a four-day blogging conference. In turn, I’ve been too busy to post my (almost) monthly coupon giveaway. But it’s time.
This giveaway is going to be a quick one because a few of the coupons expire on October 28. Otherwise, they expire from October 31 on and are from great brands such as; Earths Own, Kelloggs, Glade, Kraft, Fisher Price, Maple Leaf, Dove, So Good, McCain, Truvia, Starbucks, Folgers, Pinesol, Piller, Scrubbing Bubbles, Pedigree, Meow Mix, Milk Bone, Cesar, Cat Litter, Astro, Iogo, Gardein, Breyers, Arm and Hammer, Sunlight, Minute Rice, Vileda, Burnbrae Farms, Welchs, Juicy Fruit and Rubbermaid. There are more.
I’ve also included some BOGOs and MILs and not one but TWO FPCs. One is for ob tampons and the other is for Burnbrae Farms Egg Creations.
When all is said and done, there are $99 in coupons and I’m giving them away.

One of my favourite charities is The Scott Mission in downtown Toronto. It was a favourite of my father, and they do wonderful work with all age groups.
My dad used to walk up and down Yonge Street on a Sunday morning, often with us in tow, and hand out money to the less fortunate. Not great amounts of money but enough to buy a hot coffee and a treat. He would stop and chat and really listen. My dad was not a religious man, meaning he didn’t go to church, but he had a strong faith in mankind. Lived every single day by the Golden Rule.
Dear Elizabeth,
When in Mexico, we walk to the zocalo (centre of the city) every day. It’s a 10 minute walk and along the way, The Kids pass out fruit to those in need. It gives us a chance to talk about some of the choices that people make and the times where people have not chosen to be in the situation that they’re in. They are growing up to be compassionate and aware beings. I’m proud of them and I know that your Father is proud of you.
