Kids Adore the PlaySkool ShowCam Camera and Projector

Playskool ShowCamPictures play an important role in our life. Without them, I would have no visual reminder of Alexander or The Kids first six months. Apparently I take so many pictures that my kids know what I really do for a living and they want to be a part of the fun!

As a new ambassador for the Playskool ShowCam 2-in-1 digital camera and projector, I’m excited to share with you all of its interesting and unique features. First up,

Lights! Camera! Projection!

Over the past four years, I’ve assembled and played with a lot of toys. This was one of the first times where instructions weren’t really required (although the camera did come with a big colourful handout) and within 24 hours, Artemis had taken 520 pictures!

It was easy with simple controls, big buttons for little fingers and kid-sized hand grips. While the majority were blurry, she did manage to capture a bunch of ones worthy for the kitchen fridge.

If a Picture Says a Thousand Words…

And then the fun really began when Max found “the switch”. In an instant, their pictures were being projected onto the cat, walls, and shower curtain. The Kids were so proud to show me their pictures just like I show them mine. Their giggles filled the house with infectious laughter.

The SHOWCAM product features are easy to use and switch easily from camera to projector mode letting kids show off the pictures they create instantly and almost anywhere for friends and family to admire.

Playskool ShowCam Projection in the ClosetWe even had a little “movie night” in the closet. I’ll be sure to have treats for next time.

I would like to have a Mr. (or Mrs.) Potato Head for my daughter. It would help her with her dexterity by learning to play the pieces in the various holes. It would be quite funny to see what kind of faces she could create. Also, this was a toy I had during childhood, and it would be great to see her enjoy it as much as I did.
