Organize Your Life with Mother Load Bags

Mother Load Bags LogoIn three more sleeps we’ll begin our 5,000km road trip from Mexico to Canada. It usually takes us 4 days of hard driving to get from point A to B, however, this year, we’ll be making a one week stop in Florida at Disney World*. With two adults, two kids, a dog** and everything but the kitchen sink***, we’re really packed in there. And, since we spend at least 18 hours in the van, we need to be able to eat three meals, snacks, get in and out for breaks. Bottom line, we need to be organized. Very organized.

Over the years, I’ve made modifications to my road trip system when things just don’t work as intended. For example, I used a baggie system for storing items but, the bags weren’t big enough to hold everything I wanted, weren’t durable enough so they broke (disaster!) and The Kids couldn’t get them open and closed. This year, I decided to do things the right way and added Mother Load bags to my organization arsenal.

Organize your Life with Mother Load

Mother Load Bags Giveaway

The Mother Load Collection includes a set of five durable, stylish grab-and-go baby changing bags that offer a modular solution to child care. Each bag is colour coded and contains embroidered designs on the outside according to use: Snack, Toy, Diaper, Clean Clothes, and Dirty Clothes. Designed with see-through, stretch mesh to accommodate as much (or as little) as needed, the bags are made with water-resistant nylon and are machine-washable.

The great thing about the system is that you can use it as recommended or not at all. It doesn’t mind. I used mine for;

1. delicates,
2. snacks such as granola bars, candies and cookies,
3. reusable face cloths, wipes and toilet paper,
4. travel laundry such as socks and underwear (I can’t believe that I never had a bag for this before!),
5. batteries, toiletries and other small items that I needed on hand.

You Get What you Pay for with Mother Load – Quality.

This year, I stuffed and stuffed and stuffed those bags. All to within an inch of their lives and there always seemed to be a bit more room for one more little thing. It was endless. In the picture (above, top right), there are 12 full sized granola bars in the bag and it’s not even 1/3 full.

With two young kids using the bags, I need quality and the zipper is very robust and you can clearly see that the seams are well made. I think my favourite feature of the bags is that you can quickly see what’s inside each bag. All the bags come with removeable straps with clips that are very robust. The bonus is that it’s an eco-friendly option to all the plastic bags that end up in landfill every year.

Perfect for taking lunches, snacks for the kids, road trips, makeup, inside your purse, a baby shower gift. There are so many applications and we use ours every single day. I’d like to get another set so that I can give every person their own bag. I highly recommend you check out this product, available for purchase from their website and make your life easier and more organized.

One lucky reader is going to have the chance to re-organize their life because Mother Loads is giving one of you the Mother Load Collection!

    This is a good idea. I remember many times going to court when my children were small and finding a diaper in my work bag. It would be so easy to pull these out as needed when transferring baby from mom to dad or to grandparents.

    I use color coding for all kinds of things : my files are color coded, my recipes, clips, storage container, jewelry, clothing, shoes ~ so these are especially great / a very welcome find in my book. I also need some new laundry bags for lingerie and other delicates. Thanks ~ very nice.
