What @McCainFoods Deep’n Delicious Dessert Will You Get?

It all started with a tweet.
An innocent tweet of thanks.
And ended up with one of you going home with a McCain Foods Deep’n Delicious Dessert!

Let me start from the beginning.

This week, I happened to tweet this out…

McCains Deepn Delicious FPC Tweet

All I did was ask people what dessert they would get if they were fortunate enough to be the owner of a FREE McCain Foods Deep’n Delicious Dessert.

It sparked a little bit of a discussion.
Okay, I’m under-exaggerating (for once!)
It might have brought down Twitter (see what I mean about the “once” part).
It wasn’t my fault.
It was the fault of Aries and Mommy Outside the Box.

You see, the reason why I received the coupon in the first place was because McCain Foods was having a “nominate a friend who’s having a bad day” sympathy event and it was on the same day that Aries The Cat died. Being the good friend she is, Mommy Outside The Box nominated me.

McCains took sympathy on me.
They sent me an FPC.
I took a picture of it.
Shared it with you.
Now we’re back where we started.

People are passionate about their love for McCain Deep’n Delicious Desserts. These people know their desserts. So much so that, I thought to myself, what’s a dessert between friends? In honour of Aries life, I’m doing what she would have wanted me to. What any of you would do if you had an FPC for McCains French Fries (for what it’s worth, Crinkle Cut are my favourite)…

    I’m so sorry about Aries. It can be very hard to lose a fur baby 🙁 But I’m sure she’s proud of her mama sharing the cake love 😉

    I love the marble cake!! So many childhood memories. But my son is not a chocolate lover so I would be a good mommy and get the apple caramel cake, which also looks yummy!!

    My Mom used to love buying the Marble Cake to keep on hand for unexpected company. Now, I think I would choose a Carrot Cake from the list of McCain Deep’n Delicious Desserts.

    One of those chocolate deep n delicious cakes. I was just looking at them last night in the grocery store and it took everything inside of me not to buy it and eat the whole thing right then and there!

    I’d love to try the blueberry pie if my grocery store has it. Otherwise, I’ll stick with the classic…chocolate cake. 🙂
