Imagine…

It’s -15 degrees out and you’ve locked your keys in the car.
Your car has broken down in an unfamiliar neighbourhood.
You’ve been in a minor accident.

How do these common winter occurrences make you feel?

Panicked? Fortunate?

Hopefully you’re feeling fortunate that no one was injured and that you have a trusted source that cares about you and your Family…

CAA Roadside Assistance Services!

We all do our best to avoid situations like these. Ensuring proper auto repair, snow tires, taking our vehicle in for regular maintenance and driving according to the weather. However, we don’t have any control over others or winter conditions such as freezing temperatures and black ice.

The first winter after The Kids were born, I was travelling back and forth from the hospital every day and in broad daylight, going under the speed limit, I hit black ice on a “400” highway. Fortunately, there were no other cars around and I was able to drive myself out of the snow bank. But part of what kept me calm was knowing that within 30 minutes, an experienced Roadside Services technician would have arrived to help me.

Did you know that CAA Members get access to towing services, battery replacement, flat tire service, emergency fuel & delivery, lockout services and Member-exclusive savings and rewards and that Basic Memberships start at just $69*!

For the value of two weeks worth of coffees, you get peace of mind that lasts an entire year. Except, you will eventually get to the bottom of your coffee mug. However, Roadside Assistance from CAA is available 24/7**, 365 days a year. No coffee breaks for them.

I just got actual, real honest-to-goodness snow tires on my car. No saying I won’t need more help in future though. With two small kids and on my own a lot, this sounds like something I should consider. Thanks!

I love CAA not just because they are there for me in an emergency, but also for all the great discounts I get with my CAA card. Hotels, East Side Marios, discounts on attractions and theme parks both in the US and in Canada!

I’m a single Mom with two teenage daughters. I love CAA for so many reasons. It gives me the reassurance I need when my girls are or I am out and about in our cold and wintery weather. Everyone should consider having it.

Our membership has been a lifesaver. We have had a dead battery, locked our keys in the car, had to have two tows in the past two years and CAA has always been there for us. They are so helpful, kind and quick!

I love CAA for the discounts they offer though their partnership programs. A fee I feel I can justify paying even if don’t need assistance through out the year.

We have been a CAA member for over 20 years. Some years we have used it several tmes, and than others not at all, but it gives peace of mind.

It is a bit to costly for me at $69 a month but I keep a bag of kitty litter in my car to get out of snow and ice

      Dear Jo-Anne,

Just to clarify, their policies start at $69 a Year (not a month). Great idea on keeping cat litter on hand for non-serious slips.
