Eating Fruits and Vegetables with Copy-Kids

Copy-Kids Parrot Logo

Remember how just this week I reviewed Copy-Kids DVD and was left eating my words. That there was almost a mutiny and you were all complaining commenting that none of your kids eat Fruits and Vegetables?

Well, Copy-Kids to the rescue. In all their awesomeness, they’ve decided to giveaway a copy of “Copy-Kids Eat Fruits and Vegetables DVD” to one of you!

That means no more macaroni and cheese for breakfast or ketchup (straight up for lunch, we know all about that)! Well, you can still have Mac and Cheese for lunch provided you eat your vegetables!

My daughter won’t eat broccoli. My hubby won’t eat a very long list of things, including squash and tomato (both of which are growing in the garden)

My nephew will occasionally eat cherry tomatoes and cucumber, but that seems to be the extent of it. I love most vegetables, but have a strange aversion to zucchini. Broccoli’s my fave. I’ve been vegetarian most of my life, but fall in and out of eating tuna so I’m whatever you call that. Eternally waffling, I guess. What was the question again? 😉

My baby is too young to pick. She eats everything. But I don’t eat fig.
It looks too much like worms.

Our grandson, Avery, eats pretty much everything. It was pretty funny to see his face, though, when his mom gave him an asparagus spear! Our granddaughter, Zoey, is more fussy and has been known to wear a Yogurt Hat of her own creation.

My son is 2 1/2. When he was younger, he’d eat or at least try pretty much everything. Since he turned 2, he will only eat a very short list of things. We try all the time to give him different things to no avail 🙁

My child will eat anything and everything. I’d like to enter to win for my BFF’s 4 y/o daughter who won’t eat ANY veg or anything healthy. She’s on a strictly chicken fingers & fries and Oreos diet right now 🙁 Even when she sees my 3 y/o devouring broccoli and cucumber, she still won’t eat them.

hi!!my cousins are way too young & i noticed that they don’t like the taste of Tomatoes & Cucumber.. They just need to get used to them. i used to not like vegetables but now i like them. the best thing to do is to feed it to them when their young and keep at it because they’ll like it when they’re older.

DD’s pretty good & can’t think of fruits/veggies she won’t eat. DH won’t eat tomatoes and I don’t like squash.

There is no vegetable that none of my kids will eat- however most of them dislike zucchini on its own- but mixed with other things they all eat it! 🙂

We don’t start solids for another week so no idea about my daughter yet. For me though, I was raised to eat everything put in front of me… so I can’t even answer for myself!
