I’m pretty lucky that my grandkids will eat a wide variety of fruits & veggies. I haven’t had any luck with tomatoes or beets yet.

my youngest who is actually a teen and his eating habits that were great when he was younger is harder and harder to get to eat. He could use a reminder of healthy eating.

My 3yr old son! I am able to get him to eat carrots, broccoli and cherry tomatoes, but he won’t even try anything else, no matter how I try to fix it, hide it, temp him… LOL. At least I feel a little ahead of the curve with what he IS eating, compared to a lot of the other little toddlers we know… but I wish there was more variety for him. My husband & I eat TONS of fruits & veggies.
